Vice President Bob
Anthony called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at Pemberton Chevrolet with 15 members
and 1 guest present.
The minutes from the August meeting were read and
approved. There was no Treasurer’s
report.
OLD BUSINESS:
Bob told members that if they missed the cruise on
Sunday, September 11, to Tidal School Winery and Stone Wolf Casino, they missed a really fun time
and a very scenic drive. There were
approximately 11 cars between our club and the Stillwater club that participated. Bob thanked Ernie for setting up the
cruise.
Bob reported that he had read the bylaws and they
state that CSCC is governed by 3
board of directors. The officer
positions that are required are President, Secretary and Treasurer. One person can hold one or more
positions. It is required to have an
annual meeting of members and give an annual report to members.
NEW
BUSINESS:
Members were asked if they would like to change the
meeting place to a restaurant with a meeting room where we could eat, have our
meeting and possibly some sort of program.
In order to do this, we may need to change the meeting day and
time. Members decided that they do not
want to change the date of the meeting.
Ernie talked to Mazzio’s and CSCC can use their meeting room. Members voted to have the October 11 meeting
at Mazzio’s at 6
p.m. We will eat first and
the meeting will follow.
ACTIVITIES:
Lucille’s in Mulhall is
not open yet; maybe in October.
Possibly have a mystery drive-n-dine.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m with 11
members and one guest going to J.W. Cobb’s for dinner.
